Our Design DIY Package is perfect for those on a limited budget and the homeowner with an eye for design. We will come to your property, assess each room and provide a full detailed report to prepare your home for sale. Afterward, if you need us to implement the plan, we will provide our professional home staging services and work according to the home staging checklist and report we provided.
This package is charged at an hourly rate after a consultation. The consultation will last anywhere from 1.5-2 hours and will be where we discuss your home’s needs, layout, and any additional questions you may have.
Full home staging.
BEST FOR SOMEONE WANTING TO BE COMPLETELY HANDS OFF.
All Occupied Home Staging will begin with a full Staging Consultation. From there we walk you through the updates needed and the plan for preparing your home for sale. We will then provide a detailed report and proposal for us to come back for either half day or full day of staging. We’ll work with what you own and make suggestions on rental pieces (if needed) that will elevate the design of the house to make the most impact to potential buyers.
